Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my new Mixed Media canvas made for BoBunny using BoBunny and Pentart products with Serendipity paper collection.
I loved the encouragement sentiment from the cardstock and decided to make the whole art piece according ton this sentiment.
So this is not about birds at all. This is about courage and decisions and ability to fly even if your wings are a bit broken.
Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my Papericious inspiration .
This is Irit from Irit Shalom Designs here today and I am going to show you my new wedding layout made with most gorgeous modern and graphic Azaealian new collection.
This is my dear daughter wedding photo from last September and it was made in black and white.
So for this photo blues and a bit of yellow gold were added to make it shine, but still the photo is the main issue of this project.
Backround cardstock was covered with some small stencils with texture paste and then painted with white gesso, so the black is seen as grey now.
More splashes were made with another stencil under the photo.
I hand cut cardstock patterns such as triangles and waved strips and added them vertically over the page.
Chipboards and paper cut " story" were used to make the visual triangle around the photos.
Each chipboard was painted with black gesso only.
And as the last move to connect the all elements I made the crackle paste frame over the photo and when dry misted the whole page with yellow and light blue sprays.
Hello my dear crafty friends!
This is Irit here today and I am going to share my Summer Holiday Fun Mixed Media card.
One of the great things of Topflight Stamps shop are the full themed sets from different around the world stamp companies.
And when our topic is Summer/Sea/Nature some of the best are Rubber Dance stamp sets.
This is a set I used for my Mixed Media Nautical card: Retro Beach stamp set
To make this card I used not less than 9 stamps from this set and they connect in the most perfect way to make any Nautical project.
The background lower layer was stamped with the nest stamp all around. I used white embossing powder and them painted the embossed image with emboss resist technique to get the outer frame for my card.
The inner " post card" was stamped with black embossing powder and the main image was colored with distress markers.
The background around the main stamped image was painted with a mix of blue paints and then some stencilled dots were added with clear/ gold texture paint. Some misted splashes were the last color touch for the card.
Small sea cratures were stamped and them hand cut to make the corner embellishments cluster on the right.
Three stamped hand cut words made the left corner sentiment.
As you can see no embellishments were used to make this card, but stamped image and mediums. I only added the twine piece to connect the corners to the anchoir.
I hope that you liked my Nautical project and you can see more of my work in my own blog HERE.
Thanks for being here with me today and see you in a week with something totally different.
I enter this card to some web challenges: Rubber Dance- use twine, ribbon etc

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my One layout- three ways BoBunny post.
This kind of projects is very creative as you can always change the first layout , to add more embellishments, to add some Mixed Media touches and to make the first version totally different from the last one.
For this layout I used Serendipity collection, basic Double Dots cardstock, new BoBunny dies and stamp sets and just one single BoBunny medium.
So actually I made the classic scrapbooking layout and not a Mixed Media project, but in between all Mixed Media and altered project I decided to stay true to a real scrapbooking style we are all familiar with for years.
This is how this layout looked as the first version: background cardstock, patterned paper layers, big and nice photo of my dear daughter, some chipboards embellishments and a couple of layered chipboards that made the title and the sub- titles of this page.
On the second version I just added a few more embellishments.
As you can see there is an upper banner made from Noteworthy die cuts and chipboards.
The birds and bird houses cluster was added on the left of the photo.
Tab " documented" gave some bright color to the pastel photo and the blue of the tab was the color for the die cut pieces made with BoBunny new dies.
She is my Queen and has the key to my heart and so I added the die cut crown and a die cut key near the
" My love" title.
And to make the layout a kind of classic scrapbooking page I made hand written journalling on the banner piece under the photo.
As for me the layout was done, but wait! How about version 3?
So here is the final version of this layout- how about some background stamping and added pearl dots?
I didn't change anything inside the page, but made the stamped " frame" using script and flowers stamps and added a few light pink " enamel" dots made with BoBunny Tutu Pearlescents paint.
And now, as always, here is a full BoBunny supply list for you to use:
